Summary:
This position provides administrative support for maintaining transfer offerings for students, employees and transfer partners.
The individual uses related college transfer technology systems (Transferology, etc.
).
Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.
This position also provides administrative support to the college articulation team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned):
(100%) Transfer Agreement Support Research and maintain course articulation, in collaboration with Transfer Administrative Lead, for general education/program requirements, major preparation, course-to-course and transferable units/courses with other educational institutions.
Maintain currency on proposed curriculum changes and serve as the resource for articulation processes and assist the Transfer Administration Lead in the review and resolution of articulation agreements.
Document and monitor transfer information to track course articulation, course articulation relevancy, and course submission requests.
Maintain the Bridge site to track general education and program approvals for transfer level courses.
Draft publications regarding articulation agreements, transfer courses, course number systems, exam scores and general education worksheets from potential transfer educations institutions based on direction of respective Deans.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate degree or equivalent in a related discipline required.
Two years of relevant academic or office administration work experience is required.
