Service Tech

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with customers? We're hiring a Service Tech! This person plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the manufacturing company's products and machinery.
This position is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and step by step guide to running and operating products.
The Service Technician will work closely with the Quality Services team and collaborate with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize operational efficiency.
Hours:
8am- 5pmPay:
$25-$27 per hourStatus:

Responsibilities:
Provide customer support by resolving customer technical product issues.
Provide training and assistance to help customers learn how to use their products.
Identify and advise solutions for customers with questions regarding product operation.
Implement and maintain an effective customer relationship management ( C R M) program that integrates with business computer systems.
Analyze product failures, design flaws, and service issues to correct problems.
Help create service measures to gauge performance.
Provide constant feedback to the team to increase overall performance.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards Leverage the core values and culture to drive accountability and engagement.
Represent high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team.
Promote cooperation within the team and between teams.
Additional responsibilities and projects as may be assigned relevant to the position.
Service Technician position requirements:
High school diploma/ G E D required 2-5 years of related experience and or degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred.
Experience with metal working and woodworking environments preferred.
Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical functions preferred.
Strong time management, technical, communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
Exhibit a strong attention to detail and value of data integrity Possess a strong Mechanical Aptitude Possess solid reasoning and practical problem-solving skills.
Exhibit good work habits and leadership when required to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate the desire to grow professionally and willingness to take on new responsibilities as the new business evolves.
