Summary:
The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing consumer-insight driven data to advance the online interactive experience and increase engagement.
Work closely with the team to develop and enhance website content including social media.
Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators across all digital properties.
Garner insights from analytics, set-up integrated digital recruitment campaigns, analyze metrics, and provide/implement actionable insights.
Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned):
(60%) Website Developer Maintain website standards for design, navigation, browser compatibility and accessibility, and ensure the website is secure, backed up, and performing optimally according to industry standards.
Develop interactive front-end web applications and other interactive functionality (e.
g.
web forms) as needed.
Develop and expand the College's mobile web presence.
Troubleshoots problems with web pages and applications that run in conjunction with web pages.
Performs routine software tests to verify that applications are operational.
Develop tagging implementation guidelines and best practices.
Identify opportunities for tagging efficiency and provide solutions.
(30%) Analytics, and Reporting Develop a high-level of expertise in Google Analytics and serve as an in-house expert on Google Analytics configuration and reporting.
Monitor and analyze Google Analytics and other data sources.
Analyze clickstream data and segment site visitors to uncover trends in online prospective student behavior.
Monitor website, portal, and mobile metrics and compile reports.
Leverage findings to ensure that web content and web applications are effective in supporting organizational priorities.
Manage the creation and analysis of A/B and UX test results with the goal of continually improving the website experience, driving the growth of engaging new students, and increasing the return on investment.
Monitor digital ad campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize accordingly.
Monitor outbound ConstantContact email marketing campaigns creating reports and dashboards to continually improve engagement and conversions Develop reports, based on quantitative and qualitative data/feedback, illustrating the performance of digital properties, including social media.
Publish reports on an ongoing basis for use by Marketing and senior leadership.
Consult with Marketing team regarding web traffic and effectiveness of marketing campaigns through all channels leading to digital properties.
(10%) Other Participate on the Strategic Enrollment Management Team Committee as needed and provide input to the direction of college marketing initiatives.
SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Provide work direction, support, and training to work study, student help, student intern, and part-time staff.
Indirect responsibilities through creative direction.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
Be familiar with basic hardware; create a simple text document in MS Word; use and maintain voice mail; use file manager; use network file manager; use and maintain a personal calendar; navigate through Windows; access college network system; understand database concepts; send and receive attachments; navigate through the Internet; schedule meetings; use email to communicate.
Develop materials using presentation software; Use MS PowerPoint or similar presentation technology; Set up and use a lap top and printer; Manage and create reports using MS Word; Create a basic MS Excel spreadsheet; Use video conferencing; Use database queries; Use scanning techniques equipment; Create simple charts and graphs.
Access and use Project Management systems.

Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Student Success team members in order to develop actionable tactics based on analytical insights.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, and the ability to manage related analytics.
Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking skills, computer technology skills and abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, prioritizing, decision-making, and follow-through skills essential.
Ability to plan and set goals and follow-through to completion and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology or computer science required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two to three years of recent relevant occupational experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION:
Google Certifications in analytics and/or digital marketing preferred.
